Scope

These Terms apply to use of the website and to orders submitted through the eshop. Browsing the website does not create a purchase contract. Before submitting an order, customers should review the product information, price, total, delivery details and related policies.

Products and availability

Resin Novel products are presented as handmade creations. Small differences in colour, pattern, texture, placement of details or final finish may occur because of handmade production and do not automatically constitute a defect.

Screen and device settings may affect colour appearance. If a product is materially different from its description or agreed specification, the customer's statutory rights remain fully available.

Availability is based on eshop data and is checked during order processing.

Product information

Reasonable care is taken to present descriptions, photographs, features and prices accurately and clearly. Perfect colour reproduction on every screen is not promised. A significant change to a product already ordered requires customer communication and, where required, agreement.

Personalized products

The website supports customization requests through the Contact page, and order notes may be used for instructions such as colour, text, engraving or personal details. The current checkout does not include a dedicated configurator or file-upload field.

Customers should carefully check names, spelling, dates, text, colours and instructions before sending them. Resin Novel remains responsible for producing the product according to the accepted instructions.

Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, as described in the Returns Policy. This does not limit rights for defective, damaged, incorrect or materially non-conforming products. Returns Policy

Customer instructions

When customers send text or design instructions for a personalized creation, they must have the right to use them. Resin Novel uses them only as needed to produce and fulfil the specific order and does not acquire broad ownership over customer material.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros on product pages, in the cart and at checkout. The current checkout shows the product total and does not show a separate VAT breakdown or additional tax calculation inside the application.

The customer sees the displayed total before submitting the order. Undisclosed charges are not imposed after checkout. If an additional cost is required and was not displayed, it must be disclosed before the customer is bound to pay it.

Shipping charges

The current checkout does not calculate a separate shipping charge. The available shipping method is confirmed during order processing, according to the Shipping Policy. Any additional shipping charge must be disclosed before the customer is bound to pay it. Shipping Policy

Ordering process

Customers may browse products, add products to the cart, change quantities or remove products, continue to checkout, enter customer and delivery details, review the total, select the available bank-transfer payment method and submit the order with the complete-order button.

Correcting details

Before submission, customers can correct products and quantities in the cart and customer or delivery details at checkout. After submission, customers should contact Resin Novel promptly. It cannot be promised that production or dispatch can always be stopped after the order has already progressed.

Order confirmation and acceptance

After submission, the eshop creates an order number and sends an email with order details and bank-transfer instructions. This confirms receipt of the order request.

Final acceptance and processing may require checking availability, order details, production or customization feasibility and the agreed payment process. Reasonable grounds for not accepting an order may include lack of product availability, an obvious pricing or listing error, inability to verify required details, a payment-process issue, suspicious or unlawful use, or an unsupported customization request.

If an order cannot be accepted, the customer is informed and any amount already received is handled appropriately.

Payment

The verified payment method is bank transfer. Available bank accounts are shown at checkout and in the order email. Customers should use a payment reference that allows the payment to be identified, such as full name and order number. There is no automated payment confirmation inside checkout, and no details for another payment method are requested.

Availability and listing errors

If a material error is found in availability, price, description or listing, Resin Novel contacts the customer. The customer is not automatically bound to a higher price that was not accepted. If a change is needed, the customer is informed and given an appropriate choice where applicable.

Production and processing

Because products are handmade or may need customization, processing time may vary depending on availability, destination, production and order volume. These Terms do not set a fixed production time. Any timeframe stated on the website, in communication or in the Shipping Policy is an estimate unless expressly agreed as guaranteed.

Delivery

Delivery is arranged to the address supplied by the customer. Customers are responsible for entering correct full name, phone, address, city and ZIP/postal code.

Resin Novel must handle delivery problems caused by its own error and communicate in case of significant delay. The current Shipping Policy estimates delivery at 2-4 days after production is completed and availability is confirmed. Shipping Policy

Risk and receipt

For consumer orders, risk does not pass to the customer merely because the product has been handed to a transport service. Mandatory consumer-protection rules apply. Customers should check the delivery and promptly report damage, an incorrect product or any other visible non-conformity.

Withdrawal and returns

For distance purchases, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply. Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized may be exempt. Legal guarantee of conformity

Mandatory customer rights remain available where goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, not as described or not compliant with agreed characteristics. These Terms do not replace or limit the statutory guarantee of conformity or other mandatory consumer rights.

Product care and use

Customers should follow any care guidance provided for the product. Normal wear, misuse or accidental customer damage after receipt is different from a manufacturing defect or lack of conformity that already existed. Care guidance does not limit rights for a pre-existing defect or non-conformity.

Cancellation

For standard products, cancellation before production or dispatch is reviewed practically and does not affect statutory withdrawal rights where they apply. For personalized products, customers should contact Resin Novel promptly because cancellation may no longer be possible once individualized production has begun.

Customer accounts

When account functionality is enabled, customers may sign in with email and password or Google through Supabase Auth and view order history linked to the account. Customers should keep credentials secure, provide accurate information and inform Resin Novel if unauthorized access is suspected.

Acceptable use

The website may not be used for fraud, attempts at unauthorized access, disruption of operation, malicious code, misleading orders or unlawful use of content. Normal browsing, product comparison and purchasing are permitted.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, photographs, text and original designs may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Normal personal use for browsing and purchasing is allowed. These Terms do not transfer rights and do not claim ownership over material lawfully belonging to the customer or third parties.

Third-party links

The website may include links to third-party platforms, such as social networks. When customers follow such links, the terms and policies of the relevant platform may apply. This does not limit Resin Novel's responsibility for its own content and conduct.

Website availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website available and accurate. Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. If customers experience an issue with an order or access, they may contact Resin Novel for assistance.

Liability

Resin Novel does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, mandatory consumer rights, defective or non-conforming goods, or obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and with respect for the customer's statutory rights.

Complaints and support

Alternative dispute resolution

If an issue is not resolved directly, customers may consider available out-of-court or alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms under applicable law. No link to the old EU ODR platform is added because that platform has been discontinued.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Greek law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply to the customer. Any dispute is handled by the competent courts under the applicable rules, without waiver of mandatory rights.

Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated for future website use and future orders. Changes do not retroactively alter already concluded contracts without a valid legal basis or customer agreement.
