This policy gives practical guidance for withdrawal, returns, and refunds for handmade products.
14-day right of withdrawal
For distance purchases, customers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without giving a reason, when the product is not covered by a legal exception.
How to exercise withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer should contact Resin Novel with a clear statement before the deadline expires, including the order number and contact details. Product condition
Returned products should be in good condition, without use beyond the necessary inspection, and with the original packaging where possible. Damage, missing parts, or use beyond simple inspection may affect whether the return can be accepted or the refund amount.
Handmade nature
Small variations caused by handmade production are not necessarily considered defects. Each case is reviewed based on the order details.
Personalized products
Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized, including products with a specific color, text, engraving, or personal details, are generally exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. If you are unsure about your order, please contact us before production starts.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective product
If a product arrives damaged, if you receive the wrong product, or if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with the order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review the request in a practical way and propose repair, replacement, return, or another suitable solution depending on the case.
Cancellation
Cancellation is allowed only before production starts. After production starts, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
When a withdrawal or return is accepted, the product is received and inspected. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days from the withdrawal statement, with the option to wait until the product has been received or proof of return has been provided. Refunds are usually made through the same or an agreed payment method.
Return shipping costs
For ordinary withdrawal, the direct return shipping cost is the customer responsibility unless otherwise agreed. If the return concerns an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, shipping costs are handled by Resin Novel according to the case and the customer's rights.
